Northern Soul entertains York
The Northern Soul/Mod dj collective headed up by Soulmaster Jay (aka Jason Chinnian) brought passion, dancing and the music of Northern Soul to visitors to Sampson Square, in the city centre of York, with “There Was A Time – In The Sunshine”.
This free music/dance event was staged on Sunday 17th August to raise funds for Children Today and was fully supported by the City of York Council as part of York’s “Children’s Summer Festival”.
